  • Upon payment, the client gains the right to use the deliverables for agreed purposes, but may not resell or claim them as original work of a third party without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for quality and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays, data loss, or damages caused by factors beyond our control.

  • For advertising and marketing services, results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Termination of Services

  • Clients may cancel a project before it starts and request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or the agreed contract.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes will be resolved through the local courts.
