Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our business—providing digital, creative, and marketing services—many of our offerings are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been delivered. However, if you believe there has been an error or the service provided does not match the agreed scope, please contact us within the 30-day window so we can review your case.


Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service or product has not yet been delivered or started.

  • A clear and demonstrable error was made by our team.

  • The deliverable provided does not meet the agreed project specifications, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions.

For physical products (such as promotional items, branded merchandise, or design-related materials), returns are eligible only if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.


Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed design projects, once final files have been delivered.

  • Digital products or downloadable assets after delivery.

  • Consulting sessions or strategy calls already conducted.

  • Paid media spend (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) once campaigns have been launched.

  • Any service where significant progress or full delivery has been made.


Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in situations such as:

  • Projects where partial work was completed before cancellation.

  • Prepaid service packages where only a portion of the agreed work has been delivered.


Refund Process
Once your request for a refund is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.
    If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@alphations.store.


Exchanges
For physical items (if applicable), we only replace products if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact support@alphations.store and return the product to:

Gifts
If a physical product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.


Shipping Returns
If you are returning a physical item, send it to:

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
